Ilkley Baptist Church

Welcome !

We have been welcoming worshippers at our church since 1899.  Our weekly worship services are normally every Sunday morning at 10.45am. and we have a Communion service on the second Sunday of the month.

On the last Sunday of the month we have an additional service, also including Communion.
During the Winter months (October - March) this service commences at 4pm.

We have a free car park adjacent to the church.

Sunday 13th September, 2024

Why not come and join us for our Communion Service, this Sunday, at 10.45am.  Our Scripture passage features rich men, and needles and camels.  If you don't know the story, our sermon will, hopefully, explain everything!

Shoebox Appeal, 2024

Helping children in far away places

We are again participating in 'Operation Christmas Child' in 2024.  We have over 200 pre-printed shoeboxes to give away, free of charge.  You just fill them with little goodies (suggested list inside) and return to a collection centre during national collection week (11th - 18th November).

The shoeboxes are then shipped off to countries where the children may never have received a Christmas present in their lives.  They are also (with their parents permission) offered a place on "the greatest journey", where they will learn about the Christian life.

Please contact the church if you, or your organisation, would like some shoeboxes.  Thanks in advance.
